The Series 20 Flowgrid Pilot is a reversible pressure-control regulator designed primarily for use as a control pilot with unloading-type pilot systems for pressure-reducing (PRV), backpressure (BPV or Relief), and differential-pressure (DPV) applications. The Series 20 Pilot is designed for both gas and liquid applications. (Model 20H Shown)

• Ease of Inspection and Maintenance: Removal of the cartridge permits quick disassembly and assembly.
  
• Reversability: Control action can be easily and quickly changed from PRV to BPV by simply inverting the plug/ stem in the cartridge.
  
• Pressure Boost Feature: As inlet pressure decreases, our unique design increases the set point a precise amount providing practically constant control of outlet pressure when in the PRV mode.
  
• Ease of Spring Change: Removal of the spring-case cap allows quick changing of the main spring even when the valve and pilot are pressurized.
  
• Protective Cap: Protects adjusting screw and discourages tampering.
  
• Stainless Steel or Brass: Flowgrid Series 20 Pilots are available in stainless steel or forged brass to cover a broad range of applications.
  
• Flexibility: Six different springs enable you to cover pressure settings from 3 psi to 450 psi. A high pressure version is available for set points from 200 to 900 psig.
  
• High Pressure Diaphram Assembly: Converts Pilot range from 3-450 psig to 200-900 psig.
